The Natulux project is located in Küçük Erenköy, positioned on the edge of a cliff with an incredible wide angle of 270 degrees, just 0 meters from the sea on a very special plot. The moment you step into the site, you feel as if you are in or above the sea, rather than just having a distant sea view. The feeling of blue has never been this profound in any project we have designed until today.
The distinguished 8 villas on the front facade are situated on the edge of the rocky cliff, creating the illusion of being above the sea when viewed from a distance. While the view from the back of the villas looks like a single-story bungalow, in reality, the bedroom floors are located below the living areas and the pool, which sit at road level. The rooftop terrace provides the finishing touch with its 360-degree view of the sea and the mountains behind, while the 3 en-suite bedrooms with built-in wardrobes open onto a love garden with magnificent sea views both inside and outside.
The second row, consisting of 5 duplex villas, also benefits from the site's natural elevations, providing an uninterrupted sea view similar to the first row, as it is located on the rooftop terrace levels of the first row. The indoor garage located in the basement and the spacious room area open to the private internal road at the front and to the lowered garden within the site, ensuring natural light and ventilation. The living areas on the ground floor open to a beautiful garden with a pool, while the 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor offer sea and mountain views from every angle.
In the third row of the two apartment blocks, there are 8 duplex garden apartments, each with two bedrooms and a two-story living-dining-kitchen area. All apartments open to a private garden in front of the living areas. In the same two blocks, there are 4 exclusive penthouse apartments with 3 bedrooms and a large private rooftop terrace for each apartment, offering magnificent sea and mountain views. On the entrance side of both apartment blocks, there is a green area with plenty of parking spaces available.
Natulux is located at a high position with a wide-angle sea view overlooking a mountain pass to the west and a stunning sunset view over the sea. It consists of two apartment blocks with 4 gardened 3+1 apartments and 2+1 8 duplex penthouse apartments, and the rooftop terraces are offered as standard in all penthouse apartments.
On the east façade, there are 5 blocks of apartments, each consisting of 6 duplexes made up of 1+1 gardened apartments and 2+1 apartments. Again, the rooftop terraces provide the finishing touch to the duplex penthouses, while a total of 60 apartments surround a common pool, a gym, a spa, and the basement levels of the indoor pool with a sunken garden that provides light and ventilation to all areas.
