 All personal data collected for the purpose of benefiting you from the products and services offered by our company will be processed within the limits specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK to recommend according to your needs and preferences, and to carry out the necessary works for the legal and commercial security of individuals who collaborate with our company, to determine and implement commercial and business strategies of the company, and to carry out human resources policies.

The processed data may be shared with all partners connected to our company within the limits specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the necessary studies to benefit you from the products and services provided by our company, for customizing the products and services offered by our company according to your preferences, to ensure the legal and commercial security of our company and its partners, evaluation processes, and to determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of our company.

 All your personal data will be provided within the anticipated goals we have previously mentioned, in all verbal, written, and digital environments, to ensure that the products and services we offer as a company are provided within the determined legal limits and to fully meet the obligations derived from the company's contracts and laws. Personal data collected for legal reasons may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

 According to Article 11 of the KVKK, personal data owners have the following rights.

• Learn whether their personal data is being processed

• Request information regarding their personal data if it has been processed

• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose

• Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, domestically or internationally

• Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, and request that this correction be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred

• Request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons necessitating processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in compliance with KVKK and relevant laws, and request that this deletion or destruction be communicated to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred

• Object to a result that is unfavorable to the person arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems

• Have the right to demand compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data.

• In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, you can submit your request regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Since the KVKK does not specify any method, you are required to submit your application to us in writing according to the KVKK.
