Construction Company of the Year Döveç Construction
The most prestigious award ceremony in Northern Cyprus Property NC Awards was held on Saturday, March 30 at Cratos Premium Hotel. Döveç Group, awarded the Construction Company of the Year award, made a splash as the firm that won the most awards with 13 categories. The magnificent organization, where 700 participants including artists, businesspeople, academics, and industry representatives from different countries competed fiercely among construction and real estate companies, saw many awards granted in various categories. The winners were determined as a result of the long evaluation process carried out by a jury team consisting of businesspeople, academics, and industry representatives from 7 different countries.
The Quality of Projects Certified with Awards
Döveç Group has rapidly grown with projects built on human happiness, quality, and trust since it started this adventure 30 years ago. It has won numerous awards in national and international competitions with the projects it has undertaken. With 13 categories won at the 6th Property NC Real Estate Awards, it once again proved that this success is not a coincidence and certified its quality. Döveç Group, which received the Platinum Award for Construction Company of the Year, also achieved great success by being awarded the Gold award for Best Contracting Company. The projects of Döveç Group that are in the construction phase have also won Platinum awards in their respective categories. While Courtyard Longbeach was selected as the Best New Project Design, Terrace Park proved its quality by receiving the platinum award for Best Apartment.
As Golden Residence won Best Residence Project and Döveç Group Long Beach Office won Best Building Renovation awards, Döveç Construction also secured the awards for Best Luxury Villa and Best Contracting Company Website. Arredo Design, operating under Döveç Group, proved its pioneering role in the sector by winning platinum awards in the categories of Best Kitchen and Best Industrial Building Design. Another Döveç Group company, Alfam Dormitories, was awarded Best Investment Project and Best Commercial Project. Furthermore, Döveç Group's four-partner project Four Seasons Life won the award for Best Beach Houses Site.
The Most Prestigious Competition in Cyprus
At the end of the night, Burçin Döveç, who answered questions, emphasized that the Property NC Awards is the most prestigious competition in Northern Cyprus and thanked the architects of the organization, Ayşe and Mehmet Kozansoy, as well as the entire jury team. He stated that the competition significantly contributes to the improvement and awareness of construction companies in the TRNC. He mentioned that the jury team, consisting of experts and professionals from strong companies in the sector, highlights the quality of the competition. Döveç concluded his remarks by thanking the employees and the large team who played a significant role in receiving awards in 13 different categories and being chosen as Construction Company of the Year.
